Our Organization
The Foundation is chartered, organized and classified as a Public Charity exclusively for Federal tax-exempt charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code,1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal law. The Foundation is organized as a charitable trust for, and operated and engaged exclusively in, activities that accomplish its exempt charitable purposes; other activities are prohibited or restricted.
